Introduction The Quality Manager, in conjunction with the Operations Leaders, will ensure that Value Stream Managers, Team Leaders, and Production Leads across shifts, will hold delegated responsibility for ensuring product quality and shall have the authority to stop production to correct quality Programs. (S)he will develop and lead a team of Quality Engineers, Quality Technicians and Quality Inspectors and is the management representative for all Quality Management Systems, i.e., Mil STD, AS9100, FMEA, ARQP, PPAP, and MSA.
