The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet high standards of quality, including compliance with ISO 9001 and TS16949.   • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Department, overseeing daily activities, planning, and implementing quality goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination on quality standards.
  • Manage and improve supplier quality performance, problem-solving, and change management processes.
  • Supervise the resolution of internal quality issues, including customer complaints, returns, and claims.
  • Organize and conduct quality training and education sessions for staff.
  • Participate in product and process design reviews for new projects, ensuring technical issues are resolved.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process technology and ensure all technical documents are up to date.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain effective communication to meet their needs.
  • Supervise the use and maintenance of all quality inspection tools and equipment.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and TS16949 standards.
  • Support environmental and energy management initiatives.
  • 5 years of experience in quality management or related field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS systems and supplier management.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred.
