We are currently seeking a Quality Manager Representative to support operations in Rockledge, FL. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA). What You’ll Do As a Quality Manager Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) that supports U.S. government missions overseas and the Cambridge corporate office. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight
  • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Current ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written
  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
  • Both CONUS and OCONUS may be required; some overnight stays possible.
  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
  • Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
  • Alcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Task Order (T/O) Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor T/O performance, compliance, and quality trends, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with the Program Management Office (PMO) to support and enhance quality-related initiatives and oversight activities.
  • Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to assess process effectiveness and adherence to established standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps, implementing corrective actions, and strengthening operational processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all quality and process documentation.
  • Own, maintain, and execute the Task Order Quality Management Plan (QMP).
