We are currently seeking a Quality Manager Representative to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data Facilities in Rockledge, FL. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. This is a full-time position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA). What You’ll Do As a Quality Control Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with quality management standards, driving continuous process improvement, and maintaining the integrity of organizational quality systems that serve U.S. government missions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight
  • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
  • Some overnight stays possible.
  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
  • Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
  • This position requires working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working under pressure and with strict deadlines, focus and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
  • Alcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manages QMS and ensures ISO compliance for T/O.
  • Monitors T/O conformance and quality trends, supports PMO in quality activities.
  • Audits processes, makes recommendations for continuous improvement, and ensures accuracy/timeliness of quality and process documentation.
  • Owns and executes the T/O QMP.
