Quality Manager I

Sonoco, a global leader in packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the safety and quality programs at our Tupelo, MS plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the plant towards a high level of safety and quality culture, ensuring employee ownership in these areas. Your role will involve leading, creating, implementing, and maintaining safety and quality programs to provide the highest degree of safety for employees and enhance customer experiences. You will also collaborate with the Senior Leader of Commercialization & Quality to improve internal and external customer experiences.
