The Behavioral Health Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality, safety, regulatory, and accreditation activities across Home Services (Home Health and DME) locations. This role ensures compliance with CMS, ACHC, and state-specific Home Health and DME standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across Home Services. The quality manager will supervise Home Health/DME Quality Coordinator(s) and collaborate with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
