About The Position

The Quality Manager at Skanska is responsible for overseeing project quality control functions and activities, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Program. This role supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects, contributing to the company's mission of building impactful infrastructure. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quality management.
• Must have US Army Corps of Engineers QC Certification.
• Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Develop plans for project quality control functions.
• Direct and supervise project quality control activities in accordance with the Quality Program.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement quality assurance processes.
