The jobholder is responsible for manag ing the Quality department activities and ensures that the products manufactured and delivered to customer are meeting the customer requirements, legal compliance and pre-determined quality requirements which were set by the company in line with the international standards. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to ensure that the entity obtains and maintains proper management certification for all facilities, including, but not limited to API Q1 and ISO 9001. To also ensure that employees, perform their tasks to the standards laid down and to ensure that raw materials used to manufacture the products are tested prior to use, measuring instruments used are calibrated and no item of production is passed QC OK unless it fully meets the specifications and quality standards set.
