As a Quality Manager, you will create and lead the Quality direction in the Supply Area (SA) based upon the relevant IKEA directions, strategies, and matrix inputs and guided by our culture and values. The Quality Manager will support the Business units in their daily work and verify compliance against relevant requirements, standards, and working methods. They will inspire and empower teams and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments.
