About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Management Team Lead where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in our ISV and Hi-Tech domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will oversee quality processes drive improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service standards. Your expertise in English communication will be crucial in liaising with stakeholders and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong background in quality management with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Exhibit excellent English communication skills both verbal and written to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  • Have a proven track record of implementing successful quality assurance strategies and initiatives
  • Show proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and driving continuous improvement efforts
  • Display strong leadership skills to guide and support the quality management team
  • Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality management team in implementing and maintaining quality standards across ISV and Hi-Tech domains
  • Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance strategies to ensure product and service excellence
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of quality
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in quality management
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and provide updates on progress
  • Utilize your English communication skills to facilitate clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders
  • Implement best practices in quality management to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
  • Drive innovation in quality management practices to stay ahead in the competitive ISV and Hi-Tech markets
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve quality management processes
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring high-quality products and services that positively impact society.
