What You Will Achieve The Project Manager will provide leadership to set up, resource and drive complex, cross-functional projects within Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures strategic alignment, and timely value delivery of prioritized initiatives that spans more than 50 active QMS Level 2 Process programs across diverse technical platforms, multiple teams across the global. The Project Manager will act as the expert in project management methodology, driving project execution excellence and risk mitigation for high-impact Projects ensuring overall health of the QMS The Project Manager will be responsible for all PM activities – planning, tracking, escalation, managing risk – across 50+ GMP QMS processes as they progress through process lifecycle Ensuring that each GMP Level 2 (L2) process and each Global Process Owner (GPO) follows and complies with the QMS change management processes Develop and manage complex project plans across several teams & organizations Insure appropriate communication amongst the project team members in a large team environment (100+) Deploy and ensure adherence to the QMS IMEX governance structure Manage and facilitate governance meetings at the defined frequencies Monitor risks, including proactively identifying and recommending mitigations for risks as they arise Drive resolution of issues and document key decisions Drive ongoing feedback and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve QMS program approach and methodology Identify change management needs and support specific change management activities. Plan, coordinate and conduct design workshops Design and lead high-impact QMS CI workshops, and decision-making forums that foster collaboration, accelerate alignment, and enable strategic outcomes for QMS lifecycle changes

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Technical or Business field; Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
  • Proven record of managing programs and colleague groups through influence
  • Experience, confidence, comfort, and success training, leading and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Experience in IMEx Deployment, or other Lean Production Systems, tools or methodologies
  • ProficiencyinCIProject Managementtools
  • Exceptional presentation & facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly & creatively present messages.
  • Willingness to contribute fresh & innovative ideas
  • Fluent in English
