About The Position

We are seeking a Bachelor level intern that is incredibly organized with excellent writing skills to join our amazing Quality Management team! Riverside's Quality Management (QM) Department oversees the care of the over 40,000 people we serve each year. The QM Department monitors incidents in our programs, conducts investigations, maintains the Human Rights system, coordinates many quality improvement projects and is in charge of the many different healthcare program policies for the wide variety of programs at Riverside.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program
• Excellent writing skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy development and revision
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our core Quality Improvement Committees such as Human Rights trainings, Emergency Preparedness, and Cultural and Linguistic Access Standards (CLAS)
• Perform data entry/analysis for QM's multiple quality improvement projects
