Quality Management Coordinator

About The Position

This position is remote; however, individual will be expected to do on-site visits at several provider offices. The QM Coordinator will work very closely with the QM Manager identifying members in need of completing annual initiatives. The QM Coordinator will perform member outreach to support quality of care initiatives. The QM Coordinator will respond to telephone inquiries from members, providers and staff and assist with tracking. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Excellent organizational skills
