Requirements
- Associate Degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of training and experience
- Customer requirements experience
- Willingness to learn
- Safety mindset
Nice To Haves
- Quality Assurance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Understand and be proficient in Barcoding Programs and Traksys Quality Program.
- Investigate any variances from approved procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Responsible for documentation, organization, and execution of procedures and specifications.
- Identify any corrective actions taken and attain documentation.
- Responsible for auditing all receiving docks, shipping docks, dry and/or frozen warehouse areas, frozen packaging supplies, frozen packaging lines, and the organization and inventory control of the QA sampling area.
- Track problems to determine the frequency of occurrences and origin of the problem.
- Prepare reports on all audit and problem-solving activities.
- Complete Preop Inspections and document corrective actions.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
