Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Observe strip cooling tank and add solution as specified.
• Maintain check of coating and coverage.
• Shear specified sections for quality control checks and discard strips with splices or welds.
• Manage exit end of coil coating line and threading of strip onto rewind mandrel.
• Make non-mechanical adjustments as necessary.
• Work with production mechanics and report any malfunctions.
• Perform all necessary quality checks as required.
