About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Quality Liaison to Informatics and Analytics to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is a 282-bed hospital that provides a broad array of preventive, primary, and acute care services. Additionally, Harlem Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, complete with Trauma and elective Orthopedic Surgery. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. Opportunity Details: Public Health professional with extensive experience in hospital compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement. Able to facilitate survey preparedness initiatives, monitor regulatory standards, develop dashboards, and educate staff on accreditation protocols. Act as a liaison between Quality Management Department and Clinical Informatics; present at Hospital-wide PI Committee.

Requirements

  • Master of Public Health, Health Policy, and Management.
  • Adept at using Premier, EPIC, Tableau, and other analytic tools to support decision - making and continuous quality improvement.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance monitoring.
  • Must be familiar with DnA Epic Cogito Fundamentals.
