About The Position

We're seeking a results-driven Quality Launch Manager to join our Data Center Excellence team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every new data center launch meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and operational readiness. You'll lead quality assurance efforts across cross-functional teams, driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement from pre-launch through stabilization. You will lead quality assurance efforts during the launch phase of new data center operations. This role ensures that standardized processes and client-specific requirements are met from day one.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in quality management in logistics, data center or tech infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning and execution for new data center launches, expansions, and major upgrades.
• Develop and implement quality frameworks, metrics, and audit protocols tailored to launch phases.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure all systems and processes meet internal and external standards.
• Conduct readiness assessments and quality reviews prior to launch milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive quality controls and root cause analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement, integrating lessons learned into future launch playbooks.
• Report on quality KPIs, launch performance, and compliance status to senior leadership.
