SUMMARY: This position performs tests and projects as directed by the QC/Lab Supervisor to support the manufacturing production operations and sales efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Score Silver or above on WorkKeys test.

Nice To Haves

• Quality control lab experience is preferred.
• Compounds operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects representative production samples for testing.
• Performs appropriate QC Tests.
• Compile and log test data.
• Generate COA’s with each shipment.
• Assure pre-ship samples are sent.
• Assist in manufacturing quality troubleshooting.
• Assist in administrative, organization of QC specifications, data and incoming data.
• Performs Compound Flexible Color Match development work.
• Generates and approves Process orders for compound production runs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
