Quality Lab Technician
About The Position
IMMEDIATE NEED FOR QUALITY LAB TECHNICIAN! Duties/Responsibilities: Examine product for internal and external surface defects, such as discoloration, cracks, splits, waves, or dimples. Inspect product for proper taping and inside diameter. Test and evaluate all Measure wall thickness, outside diameter, inside diameter & ovality, Evaluate Specification sheets to confirm they are being filled out correctly and that the information on them applies to the products submitted. File all specification sheets with the test results. Accurately record and communicate the quantity of inventory scrapped so proper adjustments can be made. Inspect returned goods. Confirm specification sheets on the production line are up to date and readily available for the production supervisors. Communicate all problems to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Qualifications/Requirements: 2 years Quality Assurance experience Inspection & Inventory auditing experience Apply here ASAP!
