This is a 12-week full-time internship during the summer 2026. Your experience as an intern goes beyond the day-to-day of your role. In addition to the support of your manager, you can expect to grow and develop through exposure to leadership, engaging in development opportunities, and networking with other early career professionals.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management.
Current Junior, Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027
Ability to complete a 12-week Full-Time Summer internship from May/June-August 2026 in Anoka, MN

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Willingness to learn and to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization

Demonstrated leadership experience

Responsibilities

Support the production of high-quality products through the continual improvement of process and product quality and the systems that surround them
Work with cross-functional teams to Investigate and resolve quality defects
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions utilizing industry standard tools such as 8D, 7-step corrective actions
Use statistical analysis software to develop and interpret quality metrics Conduct quality planning activities
Quality control plan development and execution, conducting measurement system analysis, conducting process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), implementing statistical process control (SPC), development and maintenance of process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), implementation of mistake proofing.
