Through the 11-week summer internship program, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in real, impactful roles. The program dates are June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Engineering related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. - Sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles now or in the future.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for this internship opportunity.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage different projects.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Job shadow and work alongside the employees on the functional teams.
  • This plant level role will focus on ensuring that plant production processes deliver optimal quality food products for customers.
  • Support oversight of quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP).
