  • Assist in conducting supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Analyze supplier performance data and quality metrics to identify trends, deviations, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Support in tracking and addressing non-conformance issues from suppliers, including preparing reports and assisting with corrective actions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving exercises to resolve quality issues related to incoming materials and components.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of supplier quality performance, audit results, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Assist in performing product inspections and testing when needed, ensuring products meet specifications before they reach production.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field, OR recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in supplier quality management and automotive manufacturing processes.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
