About The Position

The Quality Inspector role is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through effective inspection and coordination with production teams. This position involves implementing quality strategies, managing inspections, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product conformity and quality assurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory; BS degree preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production on daily inspection assignments and activities.
• Implement vision and strategy to support operations in delivering quality products.
• Ensure appropriate verification and validation methods are applied to operational processes.
• Develop problem-solving know-how and apply methods to various complexity levels.
• Execute plans for quality maturity growth to ensure products leave in perfect condition.
• Manage receiving inspections and non-conformities, establishing acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and report the status of QC inspections to Quality Lead and Management.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers, including international contacts.
• Maintain positive communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
