About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on third shift . This position will train on first shift for the first two weeks to ensure a smooth transition before moving to the regular third-shift schedule. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before shipment or further processing.

Requirements

• Prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if applicable]
• Dependable attendance and ability to work third shift after training
• Willingness to train on first shift for the initial two weeks

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and finished products
• Use basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Identify defects and document findings accurately
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors or quality team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required paperwork and inspection reports
