About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations in Rockford, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands basic quality principles, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or specifications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials
• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records
• Communicate quality issues with production and supervisory teams
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
