About The Position

For over 60 years, Windings has manufactured custom motors and components built for the harshest environments — outer space, military defense systems, downhole drilling, motorsports, aerospace, and medical applications. If you take pride in precision, enjoy solving problems, and want your work to support critical missions, you’ll fit right in. Our Purpose: Making Our Customers’ Critical Mission Possible. At Windings Inc., every employee is an owner. Since becoming an ESOP in 1998, we’ve built a culture where your work directly contributes to your retirement and our shared success. Our ESOP has historically contributed 10–12% of annual earnings toward retirement — at no cost to you — helping your savings grow through the power of compound interest. What You’ll Do As a Quality Inspector, you are the critical final checkpoint before products reach our customers. You’ll work alongside fellow employee-owners to ensure every part meets exacting standards.
