About The Position

TempToFT Tasks: Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations Zero tolerance for defects Analysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances Collect and record required process data into databases. Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities. Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials. Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions Support teams in corrective/preventive actions Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI’s (key process indicators) Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Great problem solving and communication skills
  • Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in Electronics Manufacturing
  • Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab
  • Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems. (GD&T)
