Quality Inspector- Weekend
About The Position

Qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written. Detail Orientated Enjoy working in a fast pace Ability to apply skilled mechanical inspection methods (Caliper, Micrometer, CMM, etc) Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedure manuals Must be able to interact with employees, outside vendors, and suppliers Experience working in an AS9100 Aerospace Environment is required Fri/Sat/Sun- 6am to 6pm
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Inspect/ Audit Product using all variable or attribute measuring equipment and record results to ensure conformance with aerospace customer regulations
- Read/ Interpret, and understand GD& T
- Ability to use a variety of gages such as micrometers, height gauges, Calipers, Bore Gauges, and other equipment
- Responsible for First Part Buy Off, Receiving, In Process, First and Final Article inspections
- Operator and Analyze the CMM Reports to determine parts acceptance
- Quality Inspector will be responsible for communicating information as needed
- Complete work orders using the internal ERP system
