Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience
Previous inspection experience
Strong communication skills – clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Acute attention to details
Ability to create records in a data base

Responsibilities

Perform testing of mechanical/electrical assemblies and measure dimensional characteristics per Raymond engineering and other documents.
Support quality systems, follow all quality documentation, performing inspections of completed trucks ensuring both internal and end user customer requirements are met.
Participate in problem solving.
Create records within a database.
Cross train in various Quality areas.
Be familiar with ISO-9001 & Raymond Quality Systems: use of RWS, QAPs and APLs; Dept. Inspection Plans and Work Instructions.
Interface with multiple departments and other manufacturing divisions when resolving problems.
