About The Position

We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements and internal quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical degree or coursework a plus, but not required
• Equivalent experience will be considered

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Perform inspections per customer requirements and quality standards
• Document inspection results accurately and identify non-conforming material
• Assist with first-article and first-off inspections
• Work with production and engineering to help resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action efforts
• Help promote quality awareness on the shop floor
• Participate in audits as needed
