About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing company located in Suwanee! Qualifications for Quality Inspectors: After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing quality assurance duties. Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other equivalent QMS. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check. Assignment Duties for Quality Inspectors : Audits and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer. Performs accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection. Responsible for acceptance or rejection of material based on inspection criteria. Works with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. Communication with project engineers to ensure schematics are in compliance with final product. Work from engineering drawings and change documents quality assurance standards, departmental procedures, and work instructions. Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs. Track product return and maintain a tracker to ensure completion or receipt, coordinate repair/rework, and return of product back to customer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
