About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Garment QC Measurement professional to join our team in North Las Vegas. This role is responsible for performing detailed quality control inspections and precise measurements on high-end garments to ensure they meet company and brand standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of garment construction, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced production environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in textiles, fashion design, garment technology, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working in textile factories, garment manufacturing, weaving companies, or similar environments.
• Proven experience in garment quality control, measurement, or technical QC roles.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and high precision in measuring and inspection tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using measurement tools (tape measures, rulers, garment measurement equipment).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate high-end garments to ensure they meet quality and construction standards.
• Conduct detailed garment measurements according to established specifications and guidelines.
• Verify that finished garments achieve required target measurements and fit standards.
• Review tech packs, specs, BOMs, and construction pages to confirm compliance with brand requirements.
• Inspect care labels, trims, and components for accuracy and proper content details.
• Perform light sewing tasks using various machines when needed.
• Document QC findings and communicate issues to the production team.
• Assist in improving QC processes and adapting to new methods, tools, or procedures.
• Multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
