The Quality Inspector is responsible for the overall quality of the boat. This person ensures that all options and functions are checked and operate correctly along with ensuring the boat meets the cosmetic criteria and regulatory standards.
Perform the inspection required at the specific checkpoint and enter results in the data collection software.
Be cross trained in all inspection points including Vital to Quality (safety) verification, Regulatory verification, Functional verification, Cosmetic verification, and ensure all options in the boat.
Conduct on-the-water function and performance verification.
Provide audits in all areas to support improvement activities.
Be team oriented, able to interact positively, and contribute to positive morale in the department.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Report to work on time and stay in good standings with Maverick's attendance policy.
Perform all duties in accordance with Maverick's safety policies and procedures.
