About The Position
The Quality Inspector Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the inspection and sorting of automotive parts during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves directing team activities, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and maintaining inspection standards. The Team Lead will also be responsible for training new hires and keeping accurate records of inspection data and employee attendance.
