Requirements
- 2–5 years of basic quality inspection experience in a supervisory role, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering environment
- Proven experience performing quality inspections
- Hands-on experience with barcode scanning tools
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel for timely submission of reports and documentation (typically within 24 hours of job completion)
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team-based problem-solving scenarios
- Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude when adapting to disruptions or unexpected changes
- Flexible with work schedules and shift requirements
- Must be able to travel to Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA and nearby areas
Nice To Haves
- Experience with metal products is preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise a 2nd-shift inspection rework crew of 4–8 associates.
- Execute and monitor a standard inspection process: open case, scan tool, determine good/bad status, and repackage.
- Maintain consistent quality standards and shift output.
