About The Position

You will be a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector Specialist for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Quality Assurance team. Ability to obtain at least an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Performing detailed inspections of electromechanical parts using calibrated equipment.
Documenting inspection results and reporting non‑conformances to the engineering team.
Participating in root‑cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
Maintaining inspection records and ensuring traceability for all components.
Supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high‑power microscopes, test equipment, and hand‑held inspection tools.
Verify conformance to work instructions, industry standards, and engineering drawings.
Enter inspection results accurately into QMS and MRP systems.
Partner with engineering to report, detail, and resolve non‑conformances.
Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the quality‑assurance process.
