About The Position

Perform visual and dimensional sorting and inspection of aluminum knuckles and control arms. Focus on identifying surface and machining defects, deep ejector pin marks, and imperfections under black light. Must ensure accurate segregation of defective and acceptable parts per client standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years minimum experience in quality inspection or visual sorting (automotive or metal manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of machined aluminum and metal parts
• Skilled in identifying defects such as ejector pin marks, cracks, burrs, porosity, and surface irregularities
• Familiarity with black light (UV) inspection tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Experience in Automotive / Metal Mechanic Manufacturing
