About The Position

Position Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for following instructions given by the Production Manager to execute all cabinetry and aircraft interior builds successfully. The goal is to efficiently design and manufacture components and systems that are safe, innovative, and of high quality. The Aircraft Electrical Technician will represent the Company and its values and will ensure that the expectations of the Company’s customers are exceeded by performing the following: Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Read and interpret mechanical drawings. 2. Preform incoming inspection of hardware and raw stock. 3. Verify hole and feature layouts to drawings using various measuring tools. 4. Preform in-process inspection. 5. Conduct and monitor testing and inspection requirements. 6. Preform final inspection. 7. Collect statistical data as required. 8. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. 9. Document nonconformance. 10. Create corrective and preventive actions reports. 11. Investigate nonconformance and determine root cause. 12. Support internal audits. 13. Generates AS9102 forms General Expectations: 1. Written and verbal communication skills. 2. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Experienced in the role, has aerospace experience. 5. Individual contributor that requires limited supervisor input to complete assigned tasks. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma/GED 2. Minimum three years related component and/or in process inspection experience, or 3. Minimum two years related aerospace component and/or in process inspection experience. 4. Preferred, experience in or familiar with FAA authorized environments such as 14 CFR Part 21 and/or Part 145. Work Environment Requirements: 1. Full-Time Position. 2. Warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum three years related component and/or in process inspection experience, or
  • Minimum two years related aerospace component and/or in process inspection experience.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in the role, has aerospace experience.
  • Individual contributor that requires limited supervisor input to complete assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred, experience in or familiar with FAA authorized environments such as 14 CFR Part 21 and/or Part 145.
