Quality Inspector II will be performing receiving, first article, in process, and final inspection of the parts as per the drawings/specifications In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. First Article Inspection, dimensional/ GD&T of component during trouble shooting of failed valves. Perform Receiving, first article, in process, and final inspection as per the procedures. Participate in quality audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing necessary corrective actions. Perform all product inspections and tests in accordance with established quality standards, inspection plans, and test procedures. Document nonconformance reports with adequate details. Who You Are: You quickly and decisively act in fact-changing, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. For This Role, You Will Need: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of Quality inspection experience Proficient in reading engineering drawings and capable to perform inspection. Proficient in use of all general Measuring & Test equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. High-energy, dynamic personality. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Knowledge of Welding/ NDE inspection ASME codes (I, II, V, VIII, and IX), PED (European Pressure Equipment Directive) is preferred. Programming knowledge in ZEISS CALYPSO or Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or HEXAGON -PC-DMIS and running CMM/portable ARM is preferred. Working experience in Assembly/Test of valves (or) Machining is preferred.
