About The Position

Job Summary Visual and dimensional inspection of customer materials, system/process audits, non-conformance investigation. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Accurately inspect materials and products with gauges, scales, or other measurement instruments as required and according to work instructions. Management of non-conforming parts or material. Maintain the system for the documentation for work performed. Perform data entry of work results into appropriate databases. May be required to identify causes of non-conformance. Ability to access and work in SAP or other Warehouse Management System. Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies. Requirements

  • This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology. Employment is contingent upon obtaining any required export authorization from the appropriate government agency or agencies. When export authorization is necessary, the length of time to obtain the authorization by the government is outside of the Company’s control.
  • Prior experience using basic measurement instruments and blueprint interpretation.
  • Prior experience in a quality assurance inspection position.
  • Prior experience with CMM inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems.
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to accurately inspect material, commodities, and/or processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college courses or certificates in Quality Assurance-related field of study
