We are currently seeking a person who identifies strongly with our mission and core values to join our team in Seattle as a Quality Inspector I in our Defense Division. This is an ideal role for someone who has previous quality inspection experience in defense, aerospace (or related), basic knowledge of inspection devices and tools, possesses strong math skills, and who has the ability to work well with employees at all levels in each department who come from various backgrounds as noted in the job description below. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated and driven by self-improvement. and be a self starter who is extremely reliable. While prior quality or manufacturing experience is helpful, success in this role is driven primarily by strong work ethic, organization, problem awareness, and a commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
