About The Position

The Quality Inspector at Tesla is responsible for performing inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Engineering and Quality, to address issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements

  • Proven record of success in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds on a daily basis.
  • Computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliability, good initiative, and a commitment to quality.

  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly roles.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex assembly work using state-of-the-art manufacturing tools and precision measuring equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow verbal and written instructions for specialized equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and engineers to identify and resolve discrepancies in materials/components.
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and maintain standard times.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area while performing standardized work processes.
  • Evaluate assembly processes and equipment for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and urgency in resolving problems and tasks.
