A senior level position making final inspection of a wide variety of parts of complicated form with very close tolerances, sub-assemblies and completed units. Plan inspection procedures and methods; make a variety of gauging set-ups, devise methods of checking unusual parts, determine allowable variations from standard. Make disposition of rejects. Trains and assists less experienced inspectors. Assures products meet quality requirements by conducting receiving inspections, first article inspection; in-process inspection; evaluating finished product by performing the following duties.
