Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • MUST BE U.S Citizen
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hands-on operational quality inspection
  • Working knowledge of arithmetic involving decimals and fractions and its application to use sketches and measuring instruments
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, work from sketches and use simple measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, etc.
  • Must be able to perform visual inspection of product in a production environment
  • Willing and able to perform a wide range of physical activities, some requiring fine manual dexterity
  • Ability to communicate job problems to a supervisor
  • Basic computer skills including Office, and specialized accounting and manufacturing software (SAP)
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies on materials or processes
  • Must be willing to work as a team player as well as independently
  • Subject to complete vision exam per requirements of National Aerospace Standards (NAS) 410
  • U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements

Nice To Haves

  • DQR Certification
  • 5 years of hands-on quality inspection experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for safe day-to-day activities required to inspect the company's products and processes.
  • Work independently or as a team member, under the supervision of cognizant authority in the daily execution of tasks necessary to meet quality and scheduled goals of the company.
