About The Position
Raytheon is seeking an Operations Quality Control Inspection (QCI) Supervisor who will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including employee performance development, recruiting/staffing, employee training, and continuous improvement. This manager will support operations by ensuring products delivered to customers meet specified technical requirements using approved quality control documentation in a timely and efficient manner. The Operations QCI Manager must be able to work within a cross-functional organization in which there is close interaction and collaboration with our Quality, Operations, Engineering, Product Control, and Supply Chain partners. NOTE - this role is for 2nd shift and you will receive a shift differential of 8% for working the hours of 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with some flexibility.
