This position supports a 4/10, 2nd shift schedule and is responsible for performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections on panel, module, and chassis-level assemblies supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense programs, including MADL and F-35-related hardware. The inspector will evaluate assemblies for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and contractual quality requirements. Responsibilities include interpreting manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation to verify product conformance and determine acceptance or rejection of hardware. The inspector is accountable for validating product configuration, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation, and confirming compliance with all applicable internal procedures, customer requirements, and AS9100 quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Product Line Managers to address inspection findings, resolve nonconformances, and support production flow. The inspector plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting on-time delivery of high-reliability aerospace systems.
