Job Title Quality Inspection Associate About your role: You will inspect card stock in a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure products meet quality and security standards. You will identify defects, perform rework or disposition, and record inspection results to support production accuracy and traceability.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of quality assurance or fast-paced inspection experience in manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in PC-based data entry and Microsoft Excel for production records.
  • Familiarity with card personalization, lamination, and secure handling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished and in-process cards using visual checks and precision measurement tools.
  • Identify defect causes; mark, sort, and stage items for rework or secure destruction.
  • Prepare non-conformance reports and maintain inspection records.
  • Enter inspection and production data into PC systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Operate inspection fixtures, hand tools, and basic material handling equipment.
  • Perform first-line equipment troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
  • Support productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement activities.
