About The Position

Southwoods Health is hiring an Entry-Level Quality Incentive (QI) Program Specialist. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and maximizing incentive reimbursements. You will provide hands-on support to providers and clinical staff to ensure all care plan goals and program performance thresholds are met.

Requirements

• Prior healthcare experience OR a degree in a related field (Health Administration, Medical Assisting, etc.).
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology is required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Quality Incentive Program requirements and reimbursement strategies.
• Work directly with healthcare providers to track performance thresholds and ensure care coordination meets all QI criteria.
• Participate in team-based initiatives to impact patient population health and achieve specific care plan goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation to help the facility reach maximum incentive potential.
