About The Position
This position focuses on continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental functions and evaluates departmental practices to look for improvement opportunities. The role is critical in managing and analyzing quality improvement efforts, developing protocols and policies, and overseeing the development of statewide implementation plans. Additionally, the position contributes to research that promotes child welfare and assists in training and technical assistance procedures.
