Quality Improvement Specialist – Nursing Home Engagement We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to recruit and support nursing homes participating in quality improvement projects. This role combines health care quality improvement expertise, strong recruiting skills, and project management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years in health care quality improvement (long‑term care preferred)
  • Experience working with nursing homes or SNFs
  • Experience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership development
  • Knowledge of nursing home operations and quality programs
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Advanced remote work technology experience
  • Experience maintaining a CRM database

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and enroll nursing homes to participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Build relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders
  • Provide quality improvement coaching and technical assistance
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and participation tracking
  • Facilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessions
